CDGS Kick Off Event!

The day will commence with a full schedule of games for our TBall - Junior levels, starting bright and early at 9:00 am. Following the games, at 11:00 am, we will gather for the highlight of the day - the CDGS parade! Each team will be proudly announced and will make their way onto Field 1 amidst cheers and applause.

But that's not all! We have fun-filled activities lined up for our girls, including face painting, hair tinsel and braiding, plus exciting raffle tables. Our dedicated Kick Off Event Committee has been hard at work collecting an array of fantastic items to raffle off, so be sure to check them out! Another spot to check out is our donation table, where families can contribute items they no longer need, such as cleats, bats, helmets, gloves, and more. We invite you to participate by donating or browsing this table if you're in need of any gear. It's a wonderful chance for our CDGS community to come together, support one another, and swap items.

Additionally, if you have any CDGS spiritwear that is outgrown or no longer used, bring it to the donation table so it can find a new loving home! Let's ensure that our cherished CDGS gear continues to bring joy to others in our community. And what's a day of festivities without delicious food? Our Snack Shack will be operating at full capacity, offering mouthwatering specials from Ream's Meat Market, Taylor Street Pizza and Dairy Queen. Make sure to plan on staying and enjoying lunch right at the fields! After lunch hangout and enjoy more softball, as we start up our afternoon games at 1:00 and 3:00.

As a league, we are immensely proud of how much we have grown, and this Kick Off Event is our way of celebrating our achievements together. It's a day to come together as a community, have fun, and kick start what promises to be an amazing spring season.

We are counting down the days until we can all come together for this special event, and we can't wait to see each and every one of you there, cheering on our teams and enjoying the festivities. Thank you for your continued support and enthusiasm. Let's make this Kick Off Event one to remember!
